Impressive runs from many of the local masters athletes competing for Ireland and NI. Declan Reed (IRE/City of Derry) took bronze in the fiercly competitive M40 category along with taking third place overall in the 35-45 8000m race in 26:33. 25 seconds later Chris McGuinness (NI/Foyle Valley) took bronze in the M35 with Alan Bogle (NI/City of Derry) following him 3 seconds later to claim 5th place M35.
